Deville’s portion cutter was developed to facilitate the reduction of a variety of products to then be fed to a downstream dicer or centrifugal shredder. The portion cutter uses an indexing motor coupled with an Ultrasonic blade to provide clean and consistent cuts.

Application

This portion cutter can be integrated into a line or used as a stand alone machine for product preparation. In the case of product preparation, the portioner can also communicate with a floor scale.
