  • Prepare costing and commercial offers for industrial-scale cheese processing systems
  • Determine the appropriate solution to meet the client’s requirements
  • Prepare technical specifications for mechanical solutions suitable for 3rd-party quoting
  • Coordinate & perform equipment testing in Client Center and in-field to determine/verify operating parameters


  • Prepare written quotations for submission to customers.
  • Attend customer meetings with Sales Team to assess customer requirements and subsequently to present proposal offers.
  • Plan, organize, and execute equipment trials, incl. in-house Client Center tests and in-field live trials.
  • Equipment selections, cost/price justifications, and equipment pricing.
  • Lead discussions with 3rd-party equipment suppliers, incl. clarification of client-specifications and pricing comparisons.
  • Discuss design features and justify pricing of quotations with customers.
  • Maintain accurate record of all assigned Opportunities in sales-tracking database, including proposal details, activity reports, and order status.
  • Prepare final As-Sold documents for new orders.
  • Participate in hand-over/kick-off meetings with Project Management team
  • International travel will be required when necessary to support sales opportunities
  • Any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager


  • Mechanical, Process, or Industrial Engineering background
  • Experience of technical sales process
  • Experience with mechanical equipment in industrial environments
  • Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Be fluent in English, additional languages is an asset



  • Ability to manage schedules (own and others)
  • Ability to set-up and follow procedures
  • Excellent verbal presentation skills and ability to liaise with clients and suppliers
  • Ability to work with others in a team
