Our HR team is growing! This is a newly created role: Human Resources Coordinator.

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will be of support to our employees and HR team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and evolve as a professional and human being.

Responsabilities

Roles and responsibilities include, but will not be limited to;

  • Coordinate the full recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, employment verifications)
  • Prepare various employee documentation including job descriptions, offers, various letters, HR related forms, checklist
  • Coordinate the onboarding program and integration of new employees
  • Act as a resource person for employees
  • Participate in the implementation of various programs (lunch and learn, respect in the workplace, performance evaluation, recognition programs)
  • Prepare internal communications (promotions, leaves, memo’s)
  • Assist with performance review process as required
  • Administer absence management files
  • Assist with Pay Equity to meet requirement
  • Assist with benefits administration, workplace safety legislation and workplace accidents and prevention programs
  • Plan and coordinate training initiatives company-wide
  • Be involved in planning company social activities
  • Act as the primary contact for day-to day HR requests
  • All other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong capacity to work in an environment that is growing quickly
  • General HR experience (2-3 years)
  • Someone who sees the glass half full
  • Strong collaborator who is known for being resourceful and for being kind
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; French is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving
  • Works well on a team and with the ability to also be effective independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Bamboo HR a plus
