- Hinged in-feed and discharge chute ensure easy sanitation and maintenance
- First cut: slices - thickness adjustable from 1/16" - 3/4" (1.6mm - 19mm)
Second cut: strips (with circular knives): 3/32" - 1 1/2" (2.4mm - 38mm)
Third cut: dices (with crosscut knives): 1/8" to 1 1/2" (3.2mm - 38mm)
